The Learning and Development team is set to launch a best-in-class training and personal development platform and they asked Allison to ideate names and develop logo concepts.
The previously chosen name was "Larson University" but the concept of college didn't ring true with the continuing education aspect of the platform. Allison developed the concept of "Larson You" and the initial look and feel of the LMS assets.
Larson You reflects the personal learning path that each individual will undergo.

These are the initial name and logo treatment offerings Allison developed. The final selection was a modified Option D shown in the hero image on this page.
In addition to the name and logo, Allison has developed video intro/outros, developed logo animation, PowerPoint templates, Word templates, and other creative collateral associated with the launch of the system.
